Foster Gardens will have our Annual Before-Mothers' Day sale, which is Two Days Before this year: Friday, May 10 from 10am-7pm up at the greenhouse!! Bring mom, or pick out something for her, for other mothers in your life, or for yourself🌺💜 We have flower, vegetable and herb starts, hanging baskets and decorative pots. Plus Gift Certificates for choosing later! Lots of colorful, safe, outdoor fun, and mystery coupons for future deals!!
We are located off of White Brook Road in Sharon. Please message for directions, or follow the reassuring signs, and enjoy the drive! For those who have been here before, we are back to the "One Acre" driveway where the tents will be set up, and we will use the house drive just beyond for overflow parking. There are paths from both locations for those adventurous souls who want to explore the greenhouse. Wander around as you like through the gardens and greenhouse, but it is over rough terrain:) There will be a huge selection under the tents, just not the tender stuff. Just ask if you don't see it!
Sorry, we ARE NOT open on Saturday or Sunday, for College Graduation and Mothers' Day family celebrations😊🌹 On the following Friday afternoon, May 19, we will be setting up the plant stand closer to town. Grand Opening May 18 and we will be set up until mid-June, open daily 10-6!! This is intentional every year so I don't have to work Mothers' Day:) Besides, the plants, especially the tomatoes and peppers do not like these 40 degree nights, so in the greenhouse they stay for now😎
As always, we take back pots, trays and inserts for reuse! We are especially low on 4" pots, square or round, short or tall, and the hanging baskets with saucers attached. We also have an overabundance of larger, landscape pots that we don't use often, available FREE for your growing needs.
