As you may know, I am co-owner and head cheesemaker at von Trapp Farmstead. I have been making and aging cheese for over a decade and on May 16th, I'll be sharing my knowledge in a Virtual Cheese Tasting! This is a great gift for Mother's Day or any cheese lover in your life.
Here's the deal: You will sign up online and get a box of cheese shipped to your door. You'll receive an email a few days before with more info and a Zoom link for the meeting. On May 16th at 7pm we'll sit down together (in our living rooms!) with all four cheeses, and I'll lead you through an in depth tasting. You'll learn to taste cheese like a cheesemaker does - using all your senses - and have plenty of opportunity to learn about our farm, cows, and cheesemaking with Q&A throughout!
If you're local, consider sending to someone further away and meeting "virtually" to enjoy some cheese together!
