Introduction to Knitting!

You will learn the basics of knitting: casting on, knitting, purling, and binding off. So many projects can be created by knowing those 4 skills. They are the entry to an amazing world of color and texture. This is a skill that can be enjoyed over a whole lifetime.

This is a hands-on skills-based course in which you will be taught the basics of knitting. I will demonstrate each step, and then you will have time to practice before we move onto the next skill. We will create a couple of small coasters so that you will have a chance to learn and repeat the skills.

CMS Members: $30 & $10 materials fee
Non-Members: $35 & $10 materials fee
Youth + Adult (15 years and older). The materials fee will cover a set of needles, and yarn.
