REMINDER: The spring version of Big Dump Day is this Saturday, May 11, 2024. Please remember the proper items to bring, and also what n-o-t to bring.

Tires are n-o-t collected at this event. Also, do NOT bring any hazardous materials such as paints, solvents, used motor oil, florescent light bulbs, or Tires. These will not be accepted.

Electronics (think TV sets, computer peripherals) may be collected at Ft. Dumpster at no charge. White goods items with heating/cooling compressors (think refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers and the like) are NOT accepted here, but WILL BE accepted at the FT. Dumpster location on this date ONLY. * Please note that there is a $25.00 fee per item for these types of appliances. That is what it costs your town to dispose of these.*

Please remember that this event is NOT for the collection of normal household trash. Regular household trash and recyclables (especially clean cardboard) should be taken to the Ft. Dumpster location behind the firehouse as usual. To aid the working staff and to help keep the staff workers safe, please try and put any small-ish type materials in contractor bags or some form of container as much as possible. Loads may be refused if the staff workers determine that the discarded materials are inappropriate to handle.

There is a $10.00 fee per vehicle load (car, truck, or trailer). Vehicle plus trailer will be $20.00. Thank you for your participation and please remember that the Town of Middletown Springs shall not be responsible for any damages that may result from the loading or unloading process.
