It takes a village to create community: Join us as we gather to unite through movement, reflection and connection. Our theme for May is "Refresh and Connect with Nature"

Price: Donations based. Any amount is the right amount. Offer what feels good for you.

A sister circle is a safe space to come together in community with other women of any age or background to connect deeply with each other and to ourselves. We would like to invite you to gather with us to move, reflect and connect, to find joy, empowerment, support, and inspiration. Through guided gentle movement (yoga or dance), journaling, sharing and connection, we co-create a sense of belonging and shared leadership, so we may rise together.

There will be light refreshments and hot tea! We encourage you to bring your own mug to help us reduce our waste.

Circle Happenings at a Glance
• Welcome to the circle round (checking in)
• Sing along some inspiring chants/songs
• Guided meditation and reflection on refreshing and connecting with nature
• Connection, conversation and snacks/refreshments
Things to bring
• an open heart
• a mat
• a journal and pen
• a mug (we'll have paper mugs, but help us reduce our waste)
• something to bring to the circle to share your energy - perhaps it's a favorite rock you found, or a crystal. This is completely optional, no pressure!
