The Woodbury Community Library needs your recipes!

Former library trustee Terri Eldred, initiated a Community Cookbook project to revive a tradition and to strengthen our community. More than a fun fundraiser for the library, a community cookbook celebrates the special people that inspire the recipes, or the people that you think of when you cook or enjoy that specific dish. Through the community cookbook we will symbolically share meals and the stories behind the recipe. Go to the Library webpage to see how to contribute your recipe.

You can also join trustee Dede Slayton Avery for Cooking Up Stories; A Recipe for Writing, to share the stories behind the recipes. These two writing workshops will be held Thursday June 6th from 6:30 - 8:00 and Saturday June 8th from 10:30 - 12:30.
