Come have a drink and a conversation with Amy Sheldon at 51 Main next week, Wednesday, 22 October from 6 to 8 pm. Many of you already know this, but Amy is running for VT House. Amy is a 25 year resident of Middlebury, a Middlebury College graduate and the founder of the Trail Around Middlebury. For the past nine years Amy has run her own natural resource consulting firm and is a senior faculty with the National Outdoor Leadership School. Amy served ten years on the Middlebury Planning Commission and is currently on the District 9 Environmental Commission. She is excited to represent Middlebury in the Statehouse to help bring about single payer health insurance, work on issues related to climate change and promote sustainable business development.
