Each June, the Bennington Select Board appoints community members to open seats on Town of Bennington Boards and Commissions. The Select Board encourages residents to apply to open seats on the Development Review Board, Historic Preservation Board, Housing Authority, Board of Listers, Regional Commission, Energy Committee, and the Community Policing Advisory Review Board. No seats are available on the Planning Commission this year. In all, 16 positions are open.
