All over the world, on the first Saturday of May, people have gathered in the past to "Walk as One at 1:00PM", creating a "rolling wave of peaceful energy washing across the Earth."
If you are unable to walk the labyrinth in person, we encourage you to participate by using a finger labyrinth, a virtual labyrinth or by taking a moment of silent reflection at 1:00 on May 4th.
What is a Labyrinth? A labyrinth combines the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering, but purposeful path that leads to the center and back out again.
Found in many cultures throughout human history, it is connected to a spiritual tradition of meditative walking which centers us.
