Green Up Day is May 4 , 2024. So, grab some gloves and trash bags, and get going to help pick up the trash that litters our roads, byways and trails. Green Up trash bags are available at the Town Clerk's office and outside of Rumney's front door. We will also have bags available at the drop off site on May 6th.

The drop off site is located next to the Fire House on Shady Rill.

Conservation Commission members will staff the drop off site from 8:00-3:00.

We accept trash, tires and metal scraps. Please, no toxic waste, appliances or electronics. Please remember that the Town of Middlesex does not collect trash bags left on the side of the road.

If anyone is interested in removing the tires that are dropped off, please contact me. The tires will need to be removed no later than Monday, May 6th.
