The 5 Town Friends of the Arts will present their last "Winter into Spring Musical Library Tour" in Starksboro this month. I hope you can make it.

Rodrigo Placencia grew up in Mexico City, where he began playing guitar at age 13. He was inspired to take on the instrument by his grandfather's love for Mexican popular music and his middle school peer's enthusiasm for American rock styles. Rodrigo became highly passionate about music and eventually moved to the United States to study classical guitar performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

He will share his music with us on Thursday, May 16th at 7:30pm. Weather-permitting, the concert will be outdoors. Rain or cold site will be inside the library at 2827 Route 116..
