Green Up Day Is Coming
* Always face oncoming traffic
* Wear bright, visible clothing
* Wear sturdy, safe shoes
* Wear gloves and a hat
* Use sunscreen and bug spray ( spray shoes and lower legs for ticks)
* Take a water bottle with you
* Watch for "SHARPS " ! DO NOT TOUCH with bare hands
* SHARPS safety: Use sturdy gloves or a grabber to put into a plastic container such as a plastic dish soap container. Do not put sharps into the Green Up bags. Deliver any sharps to the Grand Isle Sheriff's office.
