Vermont's statewide Green Up Day is hoping to break a Guinness World Record for "most people pledging to clean up" this Saturday, May 4! Some of us are gathering at our house, 13 St. Louis Street, by 9:30am to head out and clean up the neighborhood---you're welcome to join us and be counted. I'll have a pledge sign-up sheet that I'll be submitting in time to be included in the totals. I have green bags. Please bring work gloves.

It's our understanding that another group will be gathering to clean up along Manhattan Drive (where it seems as though all of the trash from the ONE ends up), but I don't have a contact name/email for that group. If anyone is involved with that clean-up effort, please let me know if you'd like to be included on our pledge sheet.
