On Tuesday April 30 I'll be teaching an Introduction to Pilates Mat class through Craftsbury U!! If you are curious about what the heck Pilates is, this is your opportunity to give it a try for free. This class size will be limited due to space, and you need to bring your own mat or towel. Sign up at the Craftsbury U website to reserve your space.
Class will take place at the new Barn off the Common, 1631 N Craftsbury Road.
