Next Friday, May 3, Reading Elementary School students, teachers, staff and families will be working together on a "Spring Cleanup Day" to celebrate both Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week and Vermont Green Up Day. Projects include weeding and sprucing up gardens, raking wood chips under playground structures, dismantling an old chicken coop and old raised beds, raking and reseeding a section of lawn, etc. No special skills required. We welcome anyone from the greater community who would like to help--there could be a popsicle in your future! Please bring tools, if possible. Thanks in advance.
