3. Review and approval of March 26, 2024 and April 2, 2024 meeting minutes.
4. On-line Huntington Land Use Zoning & Development Planning Tool. Transfer hosting the on-line tool to the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission.
5. Vote to proceed to a public hearing on the following proposed amendments to the Land Use Regulations:
a. Remove "maximum enclosed space" from Table 4.02-Dimensional Standards. Add requirements to Table 4.02 for "Maximum footprint per structure" and "Maximum lot coverage". See Attachment A.
b. Add text to the description of the Woodland and Conservation zoning districts to clarify that the Woodland District includes all lands between the elevations of 1,500 and 2,000 feet and the Conservation District includes all lands above the elevation of 2,000 feet. Correct the Huntington Zoning Maps attached to the land use regulations and the on-line mapping tool to show the boundary between the Woodland and Conservation districts at an elevation of 2,000 feet. See Attachment B.
6. Discuss regulations for fencing. See Attachment C.
7. Continue to work on proposed additions to Land Use Regulation definitions. See Attachment D.
