On Friday, April 26th from 7:30 AM to approximately 2:30 PM (winds permitting), there will be a balloon test to determine the visibility of the proposed 140ft radio tower slated to be built on Frog Hollow Lane, Westmore. Due to possible winds, the best viewing times are most likely between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM. The balloon will be flown at the same height as the proposed tower--140ft.
