This event is one strategy in a variety of public health approaches to decrease access to potentially dangerous, addictive medications.Windsor County Sheriff Ryan P. Palmer, in cooperation with local and state police, the DEA, and the county's prevention coalitions, has established these collection sites within Windsor County:
