PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)
The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on May 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:

Rivers Edge Building Development LLC c/o Tom Sheppard, applicant, is requesting Preliminary Plan approval for a proposed 14-lot Conservation PUD subdivision located at 13 Sweeney Farm Road, described as Parcel #203054-000000, SPAN 396-123-10541. The proposal includes the extension of Sweeney Farm Rd, 14 single family dwellings with conserved land, connection to municipal water and private septic. The subject property is owned by Sizzling Sausage LLC c/o Jeff Jimmo, is recorded as having 51.43 acres, and is located within the Medium Density (R3) zoning district, and the Catamount Planning Area.

Clapper Road LLC, owner/applicant, is requesting Major Site Plan & Conditional Use at 7-11 Clapper Road, described as Parcel #203014-000000, SPAN 396-123-13338. The proposal includes the change of use for multiple units outdoor use areas, and connection to municipal water and sewer. The subject property is recorded as having 2.3 acres, and is located within the General Industrial (I2) zoning district, and the Catamount Planning Area.
