Skatepark Work Day 4/27/28 2024 10am-3pm (rain date Sunday 28th same timing)
Come join us at the Plainfield Skatepark for a bit of spring cleaning and maintenance.
The flood took a toll on the skatepark and while we were able to clean the silt off the surfaces (basketball court, too!) most of the ramps and materials have been heavily damaged, some beyond simple repair. So we will be moving/sorting/repairing as best we can. And hopefully we can reuse some of the material to build some temporary items to take the place of the larger pieces that were more fully destroyed.
