Nicole O'Connor, a seasoned practitioner in the art of crystal and sound healing would like you to join her for a crystal and sound bowl class, that includes light trapeze yoga. Together, we'll be guided through mindfulness exercises and visualization techniques to enhance our overall experience and deepen our relaxation and consciousness. We will also explore the enchanting world of crystals, learn about their unique properties, and discover how they can enhance our daily lives. From the soothing energy of amethyst to the grounding presence of jasper, we'll uncover the diverse benefits and meanings of various crystals. As the session draws to a close, I will gradually soften the sound of the bowls, allowing the serene vibrations to linger in the air before gently fading away. Participants are invited to take their time to reawaken their senses, slowly transitioning back to the present moment.
