Please join us at St. Ambrose on April 28th for a 4 course Italian dinner prepared by our very own Fr. Steven Marchand who studied in Rome for 4 years and has a passion for cooking. The meal includes Antipasto : Insalata caprese (fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil); Primo: Rigatoni all'amatriciana. (Pasta with red sauce, bacon and pecorino Romano cheese); Secondo: Angelo al for no con again a palate (roasted lamb with garlic, potatoes and green beans); Dolce: Tiramisu.
