b) Discussion of Budget Process & Improvements
c) Discussion and Consideration of Service Agreement with UVM for MS4 Compliance Fellowship
d) Discussion and Consideration of an Executive Session to Discuss a Contract (An Executive Session may be needed to discuss a contract)
