Join a walk with Nicole Grubman at 4 p.m. starting at city hall. She will lead a 1-2 mile loop around Montpelier, through Hubbard Park or other off-road spot.
At 5:15 p.m. this author of I Left My Sole in Vermont will talk at the Kellogg Hubbard Library, Hayes Room. She will share the insights she has gained from intentional walks. Come to the talk or the walk or both.
