Please join us for yoga, Sunday October 12, 10am, at the Country Mouse Yoga House, 1591 Roscoe Road in Charlotte! 1st class is free and suitable for all ages and levels of experience including beginners! Also, Primary Series of the Ashtanga yoga practice starts and will continue Monday evenings at 5:30 at Shelburne Health and Fitness! All welcome!
