Fascia & Joints: Strengthening Relationships & Improving Mobility
Join conditioning coach & mobility specialist, Laura Savard, and Structural Integration practitioner, Jessie Owens, for a 3 part movement workshop series!
Each workshop of this 3 part series will focus on enhancing mobility and increasing movement options to the body through fascial stimulation and isolated joint training. Participants will receive a handout with the techniques taught and class recording.
Open to all levels without significant injuries or movement restrictions.
