Hi neighbors,

I want to invite you to a panel I'm hosting with three other Vermont-based journalists at the Venetian Soda Lounge on Saturday from 4-5pm. It's called "Doomscrolling & Democracy: Making and Getting the News in (What Feels Like) the Apocalypse."

The event is part of Public Philosophy Week, the UVM Philosophy Department's annual "lively series of discussions, talks, tastings, and screenings, aimed at fostering thoughtful reflections on life's most meaningful questions." The events are community-focused, you definitely don't need to be a student to come.
