Yin Yoga is a style of yoga which targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time. Many people find that this practice has a transformative effect on both body and mind. This special Yin Yoga Workshop (2hrs) will offer in-depth introduction to the core principles of Yin Yoga along with aromatherapy and mindfulness practice providing you an extended practice for ongoing self-care and renewal. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner, this workshop will help you deepen your understanding and practice of Yin Yoga.
