Time to Green Up our Newbury Roads!

With the snow gone, Newbury's roads are ready for you to get out and clean them up!

Green Up bags can be picked up at the Town Office, the Newbury Village Store, and outside both the Tenney and Baldwin libraries. I'll be handing out Green Up bags at the recycling station on Saturday.

If you find large items which you can't pick up or apparent drug paraphernalia along the road, please contact me.

May 4th is the day you bring your filled Green Up bags to the dumpsters on the Village Green, along Pulaski St.

I need 3 more volunteers to take a 1-hour shift (ideally 2 people per hour) to assist with tossing bags into the dumpsters.

Please contact me if you can donate an hour.

I look forward to seeing you on the village green on May 4, 9-2.
