- Wants to learn how to transfer photos, videos, and other files between their phone and computer.
- Feels overwhelmed by different file transfer options.
- Struggles to keep their files organized on both devices.
- Prefers a hands-on learning experience with opportunities to ask questions.

Bring your own device (if possible) to practice the techniques learned.
