On the last Saturday of April, starting at 10 a.m. in each time zone, people all over the world gather to do tai chi and qigong.
Join Anne Bower at Lyman Park (right behind the Hartford Muncipal Bldg. in WRJ) on April 27th, and enjoy various forms of tai chi (Sun, Yang, Yang cane style, Fall Prevention Tai Chi) and some qigong too. This is a great time to learn about tai chi or to come share your knowledge and skill. Perfect for beginners and those with experience, regardless of age.

We'll have snacks on hand, but please bring your own water, and if you plan to sit some of the time, bring a lawn chair too. This is a free event.
