There will be an important Selectboard meeting on April 24 about the Town Hall Redevelopment project and the need for affordable housing in Greensboro. The Select Board has been in discussions with RuralEdge, a non-profit developer of affordable housing in the Northeast Kingdom, about developing 24 affordable housing units in the town hall building. This meeting is an opportunity for the community to be heard, and to partner with the Selectboard in making the best decision for our town. A representative from RuralEdge will be at the meeting.
Please plan to attend the Selectboard Meeting at 6:30 pm on April 24.
