Hello Neighbor,

We're so excited that communities across Vermont will soon be meeting to vote on their delegates to the Vermont Democratic Convention on May 18, 2024.

Burlington Dems will hold our Delegate Caucus on Thursday, April 18 at 6 PM at the Robert Miller Center (130 Gosse Ct, Burlington, VT 05408).

Town caucuses are a crucial part of the work that the Democratic Party is doing nationally to organize and get ready for the November 2024 elections.

The Vermont Democratic Convention, to be held on May 18th in Burlington, will bring together Democrats from across our state and serve as the kickoff to our election season. It's also our way of sending Democrats to represent our state at the highest level of American politics.

At the state convention, town delegates will have voting privileges to elect:

11 District-level delegates to represent Vermont at the Democratic National Convention
Vermont's Democratic National Committee members (male and female)

Want to be a candidate for delegate?

A town delegate must meet the following requirements:
-- must have voted on the Democratic ballot in the March 5, 2024, Presidential Primary
-- must be a member of a Democratic town committee
-- Burlington has 38 delegate positions to fill!
