I am offering a FREE Harvesting, Drying and Curing class at Burnham Hall on May 11, 2024 2pm-4pm

Many of you have asked me for tips and tricks over the last five years. This is the best place to start. In our family we imagine the end of a project and work BACKWARDS.

Proper drying and curing takes thinking and setup before the time comes for action.

You will leave my class prepared to have the best end of any season you've ever had regardless of your growing space or medium.

Most all of the work I have seen in Lincoln is primo. The problem most folks have is with how to cure and preserve.

My mission is to ensure all Lincolnites to know how to grow their own.
