Join members of the Nonviolent Medicaid Army, based on Martin Luther King's original Army of the Poor in 1968, tell their healthcare stories and learn what we can do fight for our basic right to healthcare. After sharing a meal we will learn why our healthcare system doesn't put people first and what we can do to move our system to one that is more humane.
Finally, we will leave with action steps and ways to stay plugged into the Healthcare is a Human Right Campaign.
