I am honored to share this information on behalf of two students -- Maeve McGuinness and Ronan Furuta -- who are championing this important project:
Hosted by a group of students from Champlain College, Jordanian Food for Funds is a pop-up dinner to raise funds for a Syrian Refugee Education Center based in Jordan. Each donation comes with a delicious meal containing a main course, salads, homemade pita, and homemade hummus as well as your choice of drink. We are graciously hosted by Common Roots and offer both dine-in and take-out at their beautiful Wheeler Homestead. Full menu available online, RSVP requested, $25 suggested donation.
Sunday, April 14th, 5-8pm
