Greetings neighbors ~
I live in Goshen, and I am Vermont's only Certified Food For Life cooking instructor. I am searching for a venue in OUR neck of the woods. In the meantime...
I have two classes to be held at the 2 Wolves Holistic Center in Vergennes (179 Main Street, above Linda's boutique), this Sunday 10/12 and the next one will be 10/26. Here's the scoop: (attend one or both classes)

Part I: Sunday, Oct 12th, 1-4pm: FOOD FOR LIFE - THE BASICS OF A PLANT-BASED DIET:
So, you've seen Forks Over Knives, or you're tired of hearing about our health crisis in the news. Perhaps you've had some weight issues or health challenges, and you're just sick and tired of being sick and tired. Plants to the rescue! Join us for an afternoon of learning, cooking and eating as we learn the benefits and ease of a plant-based dietary lifestyle. Sample 4 delicious recipes along the way. Adults and teens are welcome! $45 per person.

Part II: Sunday, Oct 26th, 1-4pm: FOOD FOR LIFE -PLANT-BASED PROTECTION
Do any of the major American diseases run in your family? Heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer all have close links to diet. Come learn which foods trigger these ailments, so you can avoid them. What tends to run in our families is the food. Enjoy a live cooking demonstration, sampling of multiple recipes, all designed to prevent illness while dazzling your taste buds.
$45 per person.
