A welcoming introduction to Reiki for anyone who would like to gain a basic understanding of this healing and meditation practice. An opportunity for questions and discussion with Lonnie Poland Reiki Master/Teacher. Participation fulfills the prerequisite for a Shoden/Level I Usui Reiki Ryoho Certification. Participants will learn a gentle self practice and have an opportunity to experience Reiki.
