Poets LN Bethea and Rick Agran met in an art gallery as fine arts ambassadors. Their work usually brings together people in small rural places. Art appreciation, literacy, and poetry experiences are their forte. Their ambassadorship spans a collective half century. LN is co-founder of Poetry People, a poet in schools and libraries, a principal force in the Cambridge Arts Council, and a VT Humanities board member. Rick works as a teacher, poet in the schools, a writer, a poetry radio producer and documentarian.
LN and Rick love the big tent of the humanities and literary arts because they tell the human story. The multitudes embraceable under the big top are limitless. Come be the third ring at their circus.
Free and open to the public.
Refreshments served.
