It's National Library Week! Celebrate the ways libraries form connections by joining friends and neighbors, old and new, to raise your voice and raise your spirit while singing a wide variety of favorite songs: folk, pop, traditional and show tunes. Lyrics will be projected on a big screen, so we will all know the words. Live guitar accompaniment will be provided by Rich Grumbine. All ages are encouraged to attend–the more, the merrier!
The event is free and will be held after hours in the main Reading Room of Brooks Memorial Library, 224 Main St., Brattleboro. The venue is accessible to people in wheelchairs. For more information, visit www.brookslibraryvt.org or call (802)254-5290.
