Leland & Gray Student Event Planning and Community Hope and Action are hosting an event to help celebrate Green Up Day at The Townshend Common on Saturday, May 4. Green Up Day trash bags & gloves can be picked up at the front of Leland & Gray along with donuts and coffee. Pledge forms to sign up to help Vermont break the Guinness world record of most pledges to pick up trash in 24 hours will also be at the pick-up.
Join us on the Townshend Common:
8:00am to 10:00 am: Pick up bags & gloves, enjoy free coffee & donuts, and pledge to clean up!
11:30am to 1:30pm: Bring back your full bags, stay for free lunch, live music, and fun!
Want to help contribute? We are welcoming donations of side dishes and desserts to share with lunch. Please come out for food, live music, and fun!
