If eclipse-chasing is making you hungry, stop by Nikos' Souvlaki on Sunday April 7 and Monday April 8, noon to 6 pm. On the menu: Gyros (Lamb), Chicken Souvlaki, Pork Souvlaki, Falafel Tahini, Hot Dogs all beef (quarter lb.), homemade Spanakopita, Homemade Baklava, soda and water.

You can find the food cart by following your nose to the parking lot of the Dormition Greek Church (30 Ledge Road, Burlington). Nikos' Souvlaki is donation all proceeds from this 100 % outdoors event to the church.
