The offices of the Town of Warren will close at noon on Monday, April 8, 2024.
The only safe way to look directly at the uneclipsed or partially eclipsed Sun is through special-purpose solar filters, such as "eclipse glasses" or handheld solar viewers.
The National Weather Service is projecting a few high clouds that shouldn't affect eclipse viewing conditions. Southern and midwestern states will see rain and thunderstorms. National media is broadcasting that Northern NY and New England will have the best viewing conditions. This means the State's high end visitor projections of 160,000 will likely be met or exceeded. Stay safe!
