This Spring, ReTribe welcomes you to a retreat designed to deeply transform your life. Ted Riskin, LCSW and Jane Martin, LCHMC created this retreat and have been running it together for over a decade up and down the East Coast. Participants will engage in Holotropic Breathwork™, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Group Processing, Core Energetics, Mindfulness Meditation, Celebration, Ceremony, Intention Setting, and Play in a supportive environment at NorthernShire in Underhill.
