We are happy to announce the second annual Queer Arts Festival (Queer AF)!

When: August 17th, 10-5pm
Where: Plainfield Rec Field
What: This year we are expanding the creative scope of the event! We are offering a more immersive experience that we hope brings you delight, awe, wonder, and excitement through its layers of experience, participation, and exploration. Building on last year's event, QueerAF! invites you to pass through a portal and explore the other side.

Come to visit the 80+ vendors showcasing their prints, pottery, jewelry, clothing, leatherwork, paintings, photography, zines, herbal goods, food, and more. Explore the interactive art installations! Dress in costume! Join the performance and parade! There will be a kid zone, community art projects, craft demonstrations, and more.

CALL TO ARTISTS: Applications are open now through April 29th. If you are interested in vending or offering a service at the festival, all are welcome–please apply!

We expect this event to be at least as large as last year's (more than 1,600 attendees!) and we want to make sure we take good care of Plainfield village, and all who live here.
