Participate in a fun local Fall Event to benefit our Shelburne home based dog rescue Passion 4 Paws. The Scuffer Steak & Ale House in Burlington, Vt. sponsored by the Shipyard Brewing Company is hosting a fun Pumpkin Carving Contest with the Grand Prize a trip for two to Maine. Enjoy a variety of seasonal beers and great food! Only a $25.00 Donation Entry Fee to participate! The Event details can be found on Facebook or by calling Robin at 802-373-4949. Also 10% of all sale proceeds from 5pm-9pm will go to the P4P Rescue!
Carvers will receive: 1 free pumpkin - courtesy Conant Farms -- A pumpkin carving kit -- Shipyard 20oz. Ceramic mug -- Wolaver's Organic Brewing t-shirt -- Votive Candle
Carving contest starts at 6:00PM and ends at 8:30PM. Judging will be done by the patrons/consumers at 8:30PM. The consumers will walk around and view the pumpkins and drop a token in the one they feel is the best carving of the bunch. The carver/team with the most tokens will win the contest and the trip for 2 to Maine: Trip includes brewery tour of Shipyard Brewing Company, 1 night hotel and a dinner. Note: In order to become a voting judge customers will need to order 1 of the pumpkin ales featured the night of the contest.
