Valley Cares is hosting a free Fall Prevention Awareness presentation for the community. Learn how to prevent falls to stay injury-free and independent.
During this presentation you'll learn why we fall and risk factors to be aware of, and you'll receive a useful self-assessment. Among other things, you'll learn tips to decrease your risk of falling and guidance for getting up after a fall. A Q&A session is part of this 45 minute in-person presentation.
