Hello Montpelier! Just a Springtime check-in from Grateful Yoga. This year our 100 hour Summer YTT Intensive with the Rise + Vibe School of Yoga is 3 weeks at our 3 sister studios in Central VT! Since the flood disrupted our own in-person training and our community so deeply in 2023, we're really excited to SHARE THE LOVE in 2024. This is our most popular training and we're so excited to have this new format to keep our classes dynamic, accessible and fulfilling.
WHEN + WHERE:
JULY 29-AUGUST 2 at the Yoga Lab in Middlesex, VT
AUGUST 5-9 Blossom Wellness in Montpelier, VT
AUGUST 12-16 at Rooted Yoga in Barre, VT.
Classes run Monday-Friday, 6 am-1 pm with a few short breaks! Styles and topics include but aren't limited to: Ashtanga, philosophy + classical texts, mantra, pranayama, Restorative/Yin/Chandra, lineage + self-study, pranic anatomy, human biomechanics, ethics, history, cultural impact and professional essentials. EXACT lesson plan TBD and always catered to the group.
You may take this course as part of your 200 or 300 hour international yoga teaching certification thru Yoga Alliance, for YACEP continuing education credits as an RYT or simply for your own interest and development. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
We offer 50% scholarships to students who identify with the BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and Veteran communities. And our course is eligible for VSAC Advancement Grant funding.
