Yoga Day is a celebration the new 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training graduates from the UVM Campus Rec Yoga School. All of the graduates team-teach a one-hour yoga session. This event is free and open to the public. All classes take place in studio C114 in the Group Fitness Hub at the PFG Athletic/Rec Complex on the Athletic Campus at 97 Spear Street.
Interested in becoming a 200-hr certified yoga teacher? Have a conversation over tea with John McConnell, the director of the Yoga Teacher Training program, to learn more about the training. You will receive a free YTT mug for attending! This will take place on yoga day at 12:45pm.
