Please join us for The 2nd Annual FAMILY HEALTH & FITNESS DAY: A fun family fair Saturday, October 18th 12-3pm at the YMCA Gym, 266 College St, Burlington. All activities are FREE, including: Massage, Wellness Demos, Yoga Instruction, Consultations with Health & Healthcare experts, Kid’s Music with Derek, Appearances from CHAMP & Monty The Moose, Face Painting & Kid’s Games, Healthy Snacks & Smoothies, plus a free Raffle with great prizes, such as a 1 month membership at a local gym! The YMCA is also having it’s Open House on the 18th, so you can enjoy 2 great family events in 1 location! Family Health & Fitness Day is a community health fair coordinated by Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) this year in partnership with the Greater Burlington YMCA.
